Joni Mitchell, the legendary singer-songwriter from the 1960s, now 78-years-old and post recovery for a near fatal brain aneurysm, made a surprise appearance at the 2022 Newport Folk Festival on Sunday. 

It was her first concert appearance in 20 years.

Fans, and other performers on the set, cried while Joni performed her famous songs, including Both Sides Now, Big Yellow Taxi, and A Case of You.
