The “Goodfellas” and “Law & Order” actor died on Monday.
His publicist, Roger Neal, confirmed the star’s death, at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Fla. Mr. Neal said that Mr. Sorvino “had dealt with health issues over the past few years.”
Sorvino’s most popular role was Paulie Cicero in “Goodfellas” in 1990. He played a local mob boss in the famous Martin Scorsese Mafia epic.
Paul Sorvino was the father of actress Mira Sorvino. She announced his death on Twitter.
