Ivana Trump, the ex-wife of former President Donald Trump, passed away in July of last year and left a will about how her $34 million estate should be distributed. It has recently been made public.

She left most of her valuables and properties to her three children, Ivanka Trump, Donald Jr., and Eric Trump. She also left two properties to friends and wanted to give one to her ex-husband, Rossano Rubicondi, who predeceased her in 2021.

Donald Trump received nothing in her will.

According to probate records, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric Trump received most of her property, including jewelry and funds from selling her furs. The rest of her clothes were donated to charities, including the Salvation Army and the American Red Cross.

Ivana had a beautiful New York City townhouse near Central Park which was put on the real estate market for $26.5 million. When sold, the proceeds will be split between her children.

Ivana left her Florida condo to a lifelong friend, Dorothy Curry, who was the ex-nanny of her children. The condo is worth over $1 million. Ivana also left her Yorkshire terrier, Tiger Trump, in the care of Curry.

Curry worked for the Trumps as a nanny when their children were young, and Ivana’s 2017 book, “Raising Trump,” said that Curry taught her children how to pray. Curry became Ivana’s assistant in later years and a close friend. She spoke at Ivana’s funeral and referred to Ivana’s sense of isolation in her final days.

Ivana was married twice before she died. Rossano Rubicondi, her most recent ex-husband, died in 2021, but in her will, written in 2019, she planned to leave him one of her properties in St. Tropez, France. She left another property in St. Tropez to another friend of hers.

Ivana and Rubicondi had an on-and-off relationship. They were married in 2008 and divorced in 2009 but got back together.

The Trump children have to file a federal tax return on Ivana’s estate. The maximum amount of assets that can be passed down tax-free is $12 million. The government takes up to 40% of everything over $12 million. Ivana’s estate is estimated to be worth around $34 million and the taxes could be over $8.7 million. However, Ivana directed in her will that the assets cover the taxes.

Even though Ivana and Donald Trump divorced decades ago in 1990, she was buried on one of his golf club properties in 2021.
