According to authorities, a woman was discovered dead in a closet with a bag over her head inside a community center on Pitkin Avenue in the East New York neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City.
On Monday, February 27, about 10:30 a.m., officers from the New York Police Department were called to the Housing Works East New York Health Center. Officers showed up and discovered the woman unresponsive.
The NYPD did not identify the victim or provide any details regarding her death.
According to a spokesman, the death of the unidentified woman was suspicious and would be investigated. An autopsy is pending.
The Housing Works East New York Health Center is a community center that provides HIV/AIDS patients with proper health treatment.

He then barricaded himself inside, stabbed himself in the chest, survived, and was arrested for the woman’s murder.
