In a shocking discovery on Wednesday evening, September 20, human remains were discovered in a dumpster in the parking lot of a TD Bank in Queens, New York City. 

An anonymous individual contacted the police via a 911 call, reporting they had seen what appeared to be a foot protruding from the dumpster. 

Upon arriving at the scene around 6:30 pm, authorities discovered a human leg, submerged in a red recycling bin.

Authorities plan to conduct forensic examinations to ascertain the individual’s identity and understand the circumstances surrounding this unsettling incident.

Located near 164th Street and Union Turnpike in Hillcrest, the TD Bank branch is now at the center of the investigation. The New York Police Department urges anyone with information or who might have observed suspicious activities near the TD Bank at 164th Street to come forward. Their assistance could be invaluable in assisting law enforcement in understanding the events leading up to this discovery.
