In Adams County, Denver, Colorado, four men were found dead in a home on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, according to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office. 

A call reporting a potential gunshot victim prompted deputies to visit the home near 84th Avenue and Franklin Drive. Forced entry was necessary, revealing four deceased men with apparent gunshot wounds. 

The incident’s timeline is under investigation, with the possibility it occurred over several days. A family member’s 911 call about someone’s welfare in the house led to the discovery. 

Authorities speculate one victim, a man in his 40s or 50s, might have died by suicide and suggest a family dispute could be involved. Two victims are possibly related. The other three victims are believed to be in their 70s or 80s. 

This incident follows a separate unrelated violent event in Denver involving a property dispute resulting in three deaths. The Sheriff’s Office assures no public threat and considers this an isolated event.
