Kenneth Mitchell, a well-known Canadian actor with diverse roles in film and television, died on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at 49 years old.
Mitchell had been battling amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) for five and a half years prior to his death, which resulted from complications related to the disease.
Known for his portrayal of a variety of distinctive characters, including several Klingons in “Star Trek: Discovery”, Carol Danvers’ father in “Captain Marvel”, and Joshua Dodd in “Nancy Drew”, Mitchell was renowned in the entertainment industry for his ability to add depth to his roles.
