The relationship between music icon Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs football player Travis Kelce has piqued public interest. Their relationship first came to light during Swift’s Eras Tour concert in Kansas City, Missouri, in July 2023 and they continue to support one another in their respective careers.
After attending Swift’s Eras Tour concerts in Singapore, the couple flew to Los Angeles, California, in time for the 96th Academy Awards on March 10, 2024. Post-ceremony, they were spotted together at an afterparty.
Swift and Kelce were present at the 16th annual “The Party” directly after the Oscars and hosted by Gucci, Madonna, and talent manager Guy Oseary at his residence in the Hollywood Hills.
The event saw the 34-year-old Chiefs player and the Grammy-awarded singer, also 34, mingling with other prominent figures including Oscar winners Cillian Murphy and Billie Eilish, and celebrities Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Austin Butler, and Anya Taylor Joy.
An attendee described the couple’s positive interaction to People.com. The source noted that Swift seemed cheerful and Kelce was attentive to her, with both clearly enjoying each other’s company during the event.
Other guests at the party included mutual friends such as Zoë Kravitz, Channing Tatum, Lana Del Rey, Sabrina Carpenter, Swift’s tour partner, who had also attended the Eras Tour in Singapore, and Barry Keoghan, Carpenter’s date.
During Swift’s six-night performance in Singapore, Kelce attended the last two shows. At one of these shows, Swift playfully altered her song “Karma” to reference Kelce, much to the delight of the audience.
The couple also spent some of their free time together in Singapore, with fans spotting them on a date at a local mall.
Swift posted on Instagram expressing gratitude following the Asian, Australian, and New Zealand legs of her tour, highlighting the remarkable conclusion in Singapore.
Swift is now preparing for the European leg of the Eras Tour that starts in May, with shows planned throughout the summer. Despite a brief pause before her next concert, Swift has an impending 11th album release, “The Tortured Poets Department,” due on April 19. Swift hinted at her busy schedule in a post, “See you in May for more from the Eras Tour!! Meanwhile, I’ve got an album to put out.”
