The renowned actor Bruce Willis was spotted making a rare public outing in Studio City, Los Angeles, California on Sunday, October 27, 2024. The 69-year-old was seen in the passenger seat of a car, wearing a black Los Angeles cap, a black jacket, and a white T-shirt, resting his forearm on the window.
This public sighting is amidst the continuous health reports from Willis’ family after his diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia (FTD) in 2023. His former spouse, Demi Moore, recently reassured that Willis is in a “stable” condition while acknowledging his disease’s progression. “Being able to share with them whatever we have for however long we have it… I just feel so blessed,” Moore expressed during a recent meeting with Willis and their granddaughter Louetta.
Emma Heming Willis, the actor’s wife, has been open about their family’s experience, disclosing initial symptoms before the official diagnosis. “His language started changing,” Heming Willis mentioned, revealing that their young daughters noticed his deteriorating health. She is soon to be honored by the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration for her advocacy efforts.
Describing her father’s condition as “really aggressive,” Willis’ daughter Tallulah highlighted the affection she experiences when spending time with him.
After an initial diagnosis of aphasia, Willis retired from acting in 2022. This condition eventually evolved into FTD, a type of dementia characterized by changes in personality and behavior, along with language skills issues, as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Willis’ large family consists of three daughters – Rumer, 36, Scout, 33, and Tallulah, 30 – with Moore, and two daughters – Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10 – with Heming Willis. His eldest daughter, Rumer, recently shared that Willis is “doing really well” and relishes spending time with his granddaughter.
