On September 22, Adriana Vieira, a 31-year-old model and OnlyFans content creator from Brazil, was discovered dead in a harbor in Miami, Florida. Vieira’s body was found following a party that took place on a rapper’s yacht, as reported by the DailyMailUK.
Vieira, who was also known as LadyRichForever on social media, was last seen swimming in the harbor the night before her body was found. Currently, local authorities are probing into the details surrounding her untimely death.
The office of the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner said “One of the patrons (on the yacht) spotted jellyfish in the water and warned those who were in the water to get out. The decedent opted to stay in the water. She did several flips in the water and then dove underneath the surface headfirst. She never resurfaced.”
The autopsy report showed that the cause of death was accidental drowning.
A chilling image was shared by Vieira a day prior to her being found, showcasing two women on a yacht in bikinis with a champagne bottle in the forefront.
Vieira was known for providing adult content on the OnlyFans platform through a subscription model that costs $14 per month.
As a model and dancer in the United States, she had participated in the Miami Swim Week the previous year.
“I want my daughter’s death to be investigated and need help to bring her body back,” Antonia de Lourdes Vieira, Vieira’s mother, expressed to Brazilian media outlets. “I don’t know how long I have until she’s buried in a pauper’s grave.”
Having originally hailed from Sao Paulo, Vieira moved to Florida two years ago with her husband, Roberto Tesario. The couple frequently shared pictures of their affluent lifestyle on social media. However, Vieira was left to raise their six-year-old son alone when Tesario reportedly returned to Brazil shortly after their move.
Currently, Vieira’s son is under the care of a nanny as her family travels to the United States to identify her body.
The identity of the rapper who hosted the party that Vieira attended has yet to be disclosed by the authorities.
The death of Vieira has prompted questions about the process of repatriation from the United States to Brazil. This process typically involves various steps such as preparing the body, choosing a suitable coffin, and acquiring necessary documentation.
BE Assistance, a company that specializes in repatriation services, states that the process of returning a body to Brazil usually takes five to 10 working days from the date the deceased is released by the local authorities. The required documents include the original death certificates, the deceased’s passport, permissions for burial and travel, an embalming report, and a certificate of non-contagious disease.
The circumstances leading to Vieira’s death are still under investigation, with no details released about how she ended up in the water. Her mother’s worry about the possibility of a pauper’s burial underscores the complexities and urgency of international repatriation procedures.
