Seven months after her split with Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez still occupies the Beverly Hills, California mansion they once shared. The property, valued at $68 million, has been on the market since their separation.

The mansion, known as Crestview Manor, spans 38,000 square feet and has been listed since July 2024. Despite attracting potential buyers, the property remains unsold. A recent potential deal with New Jersey buyers was unfortunately terminated due to a family death.

The former couple purchased the property in May 2023 for $60.8 million. The grand estate includes 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a separate 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker house, and a two-bedroom guardhouse. Additionally, it offers parking accommodations for up to 80 vehicles, including a 12-car garage.

The mansion offers an array of recreational facilities, including basketball and pickleball courts, a fully equipped gym, a boxing ring, and a sports lounge. The property is securely situated behind double gates and can only be accessed through private, gated streets.

While Lopez remains in the Beverly Hills mansion, Affleck has relocated to a new $20.5 million residence in Pacific Palisades, California.

The present real estate market poses challenges for the sale of such a high-value property. Real estate professionals suggest the couple could potentially face a loss of up to $25 million due to factors like the property’s location, size, and current market conditions.

Running costs for the property are considerable, totaling approximately $283,666 per month, which includes mortgage payments, taxes, security, maintenance, and utilities. The annual property tax alone is $476,000.

Lopez filed for divorce in August 2024, listing April 26 as the date of separation. The filing coincided with their second wedding anniversary.

Lopez has reportedly been house hunting since April. She is currently said to be in talks to purchase the Azria Estate in Los Angeles’ Holmby Hills neighborhood, listed at $55 million. This 30,000-square-foot property, which features 14 bedrooms and 25 bathrooms, was notably used as a filming location for Lopez’s 2024 film “Atlas.”
