Trump Unleashes Bombshell Pardon in Biden Saga

Hunter Biden’s former business associate, Devon Archer, is set to receive a full and unconditional pardon, as announced by President Donald Trump in an exclusive report to the New York Post. This decision was revealed during a meeting at the NCAA wrestling championships in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Saturday night, March 22, organized by Tony Bobulinski, another former Hunter Biden associate turned whistleblower.

“He’s getting a full pardon,” Trump stated on Sunday. “He was screwed by the Bidens. They destroyed him like they tried to destroy a lot of people. A full pardon,” Trump reiterated, referring to Archer as an “anti-Biden person” due to his significant role in revealing alleged Biden corruption. This presidential clemency will conclude a decade-long legal challenge for Archer, who was facing imprisonment for securities fraud related to a failed deal with Hunter Biden in 2015.

Archer expressed gratitude toward President Trump, acknowledging the president’s recognition of him as a victim of a complex lawfare campaign aimed at ruining and silencing him. He remarked that his life had been severely impacted by what he described as the Biden family’s self-serving indifference to truth and the well-being of others.

Hunter was initially the focus of the Southern District of New York investigation that involved Archer. Identified as a “politically exposed person” due to his father Joe Biden’s vice presidency, Hunter was included in suspicious activity reports by a Morgan Stanley risk assessor. He received $200,000 as vice chairman of a financial services company involved in a $60 million tribal bonds fraud, while Archer claimed he lost millions when the firm collapsed. However, Hunter faced no charges and did not testify, while Archer was convicted of fraud in 2018.

Archer’s legal journey has been tumultuous, as he claims to be a victim of the “Obama-Biden legal apparatus” that allegedly shielded Hunter. District Judge Ronnie Abrams initially dismissed Archer’s jury conviction in 2018, citing insufficient evidence of his knowledge or benefit from the fraud. However, Archer’s conviction was reinstated on appeal two years later, and in 2022, he was sentenced to a year in prison with nearly $60 million in fines and restitution, only to have the sentence overturned on a technicality with a resentencing scheduled for later this year.

The legal challenges have impacted Archer, 51, his wife Krista, and their three children. His name appears frequently in Hunter’s abandoned “laptop from hell,” but not in connection with the crack binges and sex addiction that were part of Hunter’s private life. Hunter once referred to Archer as his “best friend in business,” and Joe Biden often thanked Archer for supporting his son.

The Biden family allegedly severed ties with Archer once he became a liability. Archer was among the first whistleblowers to testify at the House impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden’s involvement in Hunter’s influence-peddling.

In addition to his involvement with Burisma Holdings, Devon Archer co-founded BHR Partners in 2013 alongside Hunter Biden and Chinese financier Jonathan Li. This China-based private equity fund was established to facilitate cross-border investments, with Archer and Biden each holding a 10% equity stake through Rosemont Seneca Partners. BHR Partners played a role in several significant transactions, including advising a Chinese state-owned enterprise on the acquisition of an Australian mining company and assisting a subsidiary of a Chinese defense company in purchasing a Michigan auto parts manufacturer. These ventures have drawn attention due to the potential implications of political connections in international business dealings.

Archer’s business activities extended to collaborations with Russian businesswoman Yelena Baturina, the wife of former Moscow mayor Yury Luzhkov. In 2014, Baturina wired $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton, a partnership involving Archer. This transaction was reportedly intended for real estate investments in Brooklyn, New York. While Hunter Biden’s attorney has denied any financial relationship between Biden and Baturina, the transaction has been scrutinized in discussions of foreign influence and political connections.

In July 2023, Archer testified before the House Oversight Committee regarding his business dealings with Hunter Biden. He stated that Hunter Biden sold the “illusion of access” to his father, President Joe Biden, but did not provide evidence of direct involvement by the president in business dealings. Archer also testified that over the course of ten years, Hunter Biden put his father on speakerphone about 20 times while in the presence of business associates, though these conversations did not involve business discussions.
