A viral video popped up recently showing Ben Affleck, now 50, being a gentleman and opening the car door for his 53-year-old wife, Jennifer Lopez, after the pair made a quick coffee stop in Los Angeles. As Lopez gets comfy in the car, Affleck seems to close the door with a bit too much force, which has fans scratching their heads, wondering if there’s some trouble in paradise.

Some fans on social media think the annoying paparazzi may have ruffled Affleck’s feathers. One insightful commenter even pointed out that the couple might have spotted the camera guy as they were heading to the car, and a ticked-off Affleck gestured at the camera guy towards the end of the video. The commenter playfully suggested the headline should be something like, “Can’t get a moment’s peace when you’re a celeb.”

On Wednesday, the paparazzi caught the couple having what looked like a somewhat tense chat at the Los Angeles premiere of Lopez’s new movie, “The Mother.” They didn’t let it cramp their style though, as they still posed happily for photographers, laughed, and even shared a kiss.

These two always seem to be making waves with their antics. Back in February, rumors went viral when J-Lo was reportedly spotted giving Affleck a piece of her mind at the 2023 Grammys. Affleck laughed it off later, saying he was just having a bit of fun with her. Apparently, he’d told her he’d leave the table as soon as the camera crew started filming, leaving her next to host Trevor Noah. Lopez, in true J-Lo fashion, apparently retorted, “You better not even think about &%*##!! leaving,” according to Affleck.

Affleck’s explanation for his often serious-looking face? It’s all down to his genes. He even joked about it on Jimmy Kimmel’s talk show in March, saying he has a naturally grumpy resting face.

Despite their past breakup and after moving on and having kids with their ex-spouses, Ben and J-Lo managed to rekindle their younger years’ romance. They got engaged again in April 2022 and then tied the knot in Las Vegas.
